Ordering the invitations was great. I liked the options the site provided for wording. I wish there were more color options. I wished every invitation had a complete set of matching response cards, info cards, reception cards etc. The invitation I choose did not have all those options, so I had to mix and match. I wished we had the option of choosing different colored envelopes. The paper weight was thinner than I expected, but what was most dissappointing was the proofing option. It costs more, I paid for it because I wanted my invites to be perfect, but when they arrived they did not look like the proof. Mainly, each of my cards came on a full sheet of paper. That was not shown in the proof. I thought I was getting flat invitations. So I had to get a paper cutter and cut 125 invitations, 125 response cards, 125 reception cards, and 125 info cards. This surprised me completely and it was a nuissance that I was not anticipating. I was not pleased. Had that been shown in the proof, I probably would have choosen a different service. I was primarily looking for easy assembly. However if you don't mind doing some assembly and are looking for very basic invitations, then it was an affordable option.

Elegant invitation. The print is raised off of the paper and the paper is thick. It comes with the formal large envelope and smaller envelope that the invitation itself goes in. I have looked at several places and ordered many samples and I am by far most impressed with this one. It is a great price and fabulous quality.

The "coral reef" color font on the invitation proofs was a feminine, soft coral (almost a peach); it was beautiful. I paid an extra $40 just to use that color for our names (the rest of the invitation text was gray). But when the invitations arrived, the ink was hot pink, not at all how it looked on the website. Also, the invitations were printed on half of a sheet of cardstock, so I had to cut the blank half off of every single one and only keep/mail the invitation half. I'm not sure why they weren't sent to me cut-to-size.

I will preface this by saying I got a great deal on these so ultimately I am at peace with the purchase. And I will freely admit that I did not read the description carefully enough - and by "description" I mean all the fine print details, not the narrative description. The image does not reflect that this invitation is a folded invite - it looks like it is a single panel invite and nothing in the narrative indicates otherwise. So I was expecting a nice substantial material. That is not the case. The paper isn't necessarily poor quality but it is thin (because, of course, you're folding it). Hopefully you will be smarter than I was and read all the comments here and you will know what you are in for (somehow I managed to not read these comments even though I read them for hundreds of other invites). DB also sent me 25 less invites than I had paid for, but the minute I brought it to their attention they sent out 24 more(yes - they still managed to miscount but it was okay because I had ordered a few spares). I was pleased with customer service. They just need to be clearer with their images and they should work on some quality control for their shippers. These invites aren't stunning but they are classic/classy and will convey the formality of my event without breaking the bank. Would I buy them again now that I know they are folded? Probably not. But that was my mistake, not DB's. In hindsight, I got exactly what I paid for, and for that reason I would recommend them to others.

I love the invitations I choose, the design allowed me to use our nick names at the top and our formal given names in the body of the invitation. This not only helped to make our invitations more personal it was also made it clear whom the invitation was from for those who don't know our formal names.

The invitations and reception cards had extra paper attached to them. Either I have to fold them, which looks weird, or I have to cut it off, which will cost extra money. However, the save the dates were just fine. I am wondering if it is because I ordered an odd number. My matron of honor ordered her invites from David's Bridal and there was not extra paper on them. Strange!

I ordered $250 worth of this stationary and I'm SO disappointed. First of all, it's not a single sheet, as the image online indicates. There is an ugly, plain white flap that folds over it. I'm going to end up cutting the flaps off of EVERY SINGLE ONE, another 5 hours of work that I did not expect. Also, the border in the image online looks a lot shiner/ prettier. It's just dull and white in real life. So disappointed.
