The wedding invitations are as beautiful as they were on the website. I love them because the color is unique (black for a wedding) and yet they are so classy. I read some reviews that the assembly (having to tie the ribbon) was difficult. But, I did not find it difficult at all. After doing a couple, I got the hang of it. There are only two very minor reasons that I did not give this item 5 hearts: 1. The back of the paper is white. I wasn't sure if it would be white or black and decided it didn't matter so I ordered anyway. It's not a big deal, but I think it would have been a little bit more expensive-looking if the back matched the front. 2. The lined inner envelopes are only lined about half way down, and it leaves a slight shadow on the front of the envelope. Again, not a big deal. Overall I was thrilled with the invitations!

Delivery was prompt and arrived in perfect condition. No complaints about service at all.

Never ever order the ones with the ribbons. The ribbons are too short. The tying instructions are very complicated. Once you figure it out, it is very hard to do and is very time consuming. The bows do not lay flat and end up turning to one side or the other covering the actual writing on the invitation. The ribbons slip and slide all over the place. I ended up using double stick tape on the back of the invitation to keep them in one place. And once you get the bow just right, you have to tape it down as well or it twists and covers the invitation details. The bows look nothing like what is pictured on the website. Pay to have these assembled if you order the ones with the bows.

Service and delivery comments:

Service and delivery were prompt. 25 of the envelopes were printed upside down. They were very helpful when I called and reprinted and shipped the news ones within a week.

It said "free shipping" and I wasn't charged by David's bridal for shipping but buyer beware! Ups charged me $155 in fees!!! David's bridal did work with me to resolve PART of the issue.

Tying the ribbon is time consuming and took some getting used to. It might be worth it to pay the extra and have them put the invitations together. They turned out beautifully even with my fumbling attempts at tying the ribbon. I've gotten tons of compliments so far!

Love these invites. My colors are red black and white so they matched perfectly! Everything was exactly the same as online.. they give you instuctions on how to tie the bow but they might be at the bottom of the box of ribbons like mine was. Love these and recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely loved the invite on the website and love them even more in person! The paper is thicker/more durable than what I thought it was going to be, which is always nice.
The only thing is I forgot to order the ribbon, but that was my own fault :)
