If you order more than one invitation item, your entire order will ship together. If you are concerned your order will not arrive in time for your wedding, please contact us before you place the order and we will work with you personally to arrange rush printing and delivery whenever possible. Please be aware additional charges may apply for rush service. If you order a proof, within 1-2 business days you will receive via email a PDF black and white proof showing the layout, wording, and typesetting. Upon approval of your proof(s), your order will be processed.

Product was great! Good quality paper and the photos look great. The ordering process was a little time consuming, but not too bad, as I did not change the recommended fonts or add any extras besides more envelopes. Would be great if it didn't charge extra to include a return address on the actual invites. I expect that the postage will cost a little extra, but based on the style, I knew what I was getting into when I ordered them. The photos were actually very easy to size, as long as you accept that some of your pictures just won't work no matter what. I didn't go for the ribbon because of the extra cost and I dislike its appearance. However, the ribbon would have been nice because once the invites are folded properly, they don't stay closed on their own. But I'm being nit-picky. The invites are lovely!

Service and delivery comments:

Invites arrived in less than a week, which impressed me. Everything looked good EXCEPT that my invitatiions were in the wrong color. All other enclosures were right though. I checked my printed confirmation, and the fault definitely was not mine. I called them immediately, and the person I talked to was incredibly nice on the phone. She said they would process the order right away, which they did. This was Tuesday late-afternoon, and the correct invites arrived Friday morning. I was very impressed! I didn't have to be on hold either, which was great! I was very pleased with their customer service!

Our photos had some special effects done to them by our photographer from our engagement shoot and when ordering our invitations they looked good on the computer screen but I was worried about if they would look the same on the actual invitations, they turned out amazing, my con is a personal issue which is that I'm impatient so even though it was a quick delivery it seemed forever ! Second con is I ordered without the ribbon which is too expensive, it was sad finding out it needed to be ordered separate I was under the impression until I was checking out that it was part of the actual invitations, they need to be more clear on that ! My actual theme colors are navy and silver but this site calls it marine. Still amazed with how they turn out !

Beautiful & unique product. I used this product for my wedding invitations, it was perfect for my wedding theme. I was impressed with the quality, design, & look of the product. I loved how personal it was for my fiance & I, it is a beautiful representation of our special day. I have receieved many compliments from friends & family about these invitations, they were very pretty! I was not impressed by the ordering & designing process, the site was not very user friendly at times. However, the service was excellent & precise. Also, the product comes completely unassembled, which is expected. I just wasn't aware of this. I definitely recommend this product to a friend!
